OUR WORD, OUR WARRANTY American Fences, Inc. warrants to the customer that their fencing shall be free from defects in material for fifteen (15) years and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of the installation.  During the warranty period, American Fences will repair or replace free of charge any defective product subject to the terms of this Limited Service Warranty. 1.  Period of Service Coverage:  Beginning ________, 2006 and Ending ________, 2008 2.  Cost of this Service of Warranty:  Free with installation contract with American Fences,          Inc. (non-transferable) 3.  This warranty covers ONLY fences installed by American Fences and no other fences      or other structures of landscaping on the customers property.  Any additional costs in        labor and/or materials in connection with this warranty will be covered by American      Fences. 5.  Upon customer's request during the term of this warranty, American Fences will inspect      the fencing installed at the customer's property and will make adjustments or repairs      as necessary. Warranty Exclusions Your warranty does not cover: 1.  Fencing repair and/or replacement due to normal wear, normal "checking of cedar     wood," intentional misuse, accident, unauthorized repair, other causes not within     the control of American Fences. 2.  Damage caused by acts of nature or accidental damages normally covered by     homeowners, liability may be repaired and/or replaced by American Fences at the     customers option.  American Fences will, if requested make any and all necesary     repairs/replacement as covered by said insurance.  The customer shall be     responsible to pay the cost or repair or replacement of items not covered by this     warranty. 3.  Incidental or consequential damaged in connection with this product. There is no other express warranty. All implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of this express warranty.
